- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 2 large tomatoes cut into 3 slices each
- 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
- parsley chopped, for garnish
- 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling over the top
- Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
- In a miniscule arena throw unitedly the Parmesan cheeseflower, preserved herb, nsaid and peppercorn. Top each tomato slice evenly with the Parmesan cheese collection. Splash with a bit of olive oil, this is nonobligatory.
