Aglio e olio is a naive pasta ply that comes from Port and its probably the easiest Italian sauce that there is. The principal ingredients that go into an aglio e olio sauce are olive oil, seasoning, peperoncino (or chilly flakes), parsley and any food h2o that turns everything into a smooth sauce.
